Welcome to Mahi Resort. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.mahiresort.com) and the services offered by us (booking stays, day-picnics, events, etc.). By accessing or using the Website or booking/using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Resort” refers to Mahi Resort (and its owners/operators).

• “You”, “Guest”, “User” any person accessing the Website or using our services.

• “Service(s)” includes website content, booking of stays, day-picnics, events, dining, activities, and any other services offered by the Resort.
   

2. Booking, Payment and Confirmation

• A booking becomes valid only upon our confirmation (by email/phone or other official communication).

• Payment terms (advance, full payment, mode of payment) will be as specified at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion (e.g. due to unavailability, mis-pricing, force majeure, etc.).
   

3. Reservation Cancellation / Modification

• Cancellation or modification requests must be sent to us before the specified deadline (as per booking policy).

• Depending on timing, partial refund, full refund, or no refund may apply (as per our cancellation policy).

• We are not liable for changes in guest’s schedule, travel issues, or other personal reasons beyond our control.
   

4. Check-in, Stay & Guest Conduct

• Guests must follow check-in and check-out times as specified at booking.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Any damage to property, disturbance to other guests, or violation of rules may lead to additional charges or termination of stay.

• Use of facilities (pool, adventure activities, dining, etc.) is at your own risk. The Resort is not liable for accidents or injuries arising from misuse or negligence.
   

5. Events, Day-Picnics & Other Services

• Services for events, day-picnics or special bookings shall be governed by additional terms provided at time of booking (e.g. guest count, timings, extra charges).

• Any outside vendor, decoration, food arrangements etc. must be approved by the Resort in advance.
   

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• The Resort provides services “as is” and strives for quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

• We disclaim liability for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused due to reasons beyond our control (weather, force majeure, guest negligence, third-party actions, etc.).

• Our liability if any is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the service concerned.
   

7. Intellectual Property / Content Use

• All content on the Website (text, images, logos, videos) is property of the Resort (or duly licensed). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish without prior written permission.
   

8. Privacy & Data Use

• Use of our Website and services may require you to provide personal information (name, contact, booking details, etc.). Use of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
   

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
